A recent customer survey as well as ongoing unsolicited feedback tells us that you love our service! We truly appreciate the vote of confidence but know we can always improve, fix problems, replace old technology, and introduce new features. 2019 is looking to be quite an exciting year for us. Get ready for a state of the art laptop softphone, replacing our current Phone.com Communicator, a sleek, innovative multimedia messaging platform, improved mobile apps for iOS and Android phones, as well as an exciting feature many have been asking for: Live Receptionist.
