My primary goal as a leader at Phone.com is to ensure that our new and existing customers receive world class on-boarding, service and support at all times. We are always working hard to improve the overall Customer Experience with our products and services. I also strive to develop and motivate others within the Phone.com organization to become great leaders themselves.
