On Monday, January 20, Ari Rabban will speak at the 2014 Pacific Telecommunications Council. He will participate in a panel discussion titled “How Do ISPs and Telcos Make Their Money in Challenging Markets.”
The discussion will be moderated by Gary Kim, Editor of IP Carrier and Carrier Evolution. Panelists include James Carlson, CEO and President at Carlson Wireless and Elton Wilson, Owner of Aloha Broadband. The panel will discuss opportunities and threats telecommunications providers face as they seek to make a profit in the current market.
On Thursday, November 14, Phone.com CEO Ari Rabban will participate in a panel discussion at The Harvard Club of Princeton. Jeremy resides in San Diego, California where he earned his BA in Management and Organizational Communication from Point Loma Nazarene University and MA in Leadership and Organizational Studies from Azusa Pacific University. Following college, Jeremy went to work as a Customer Service Representative for TierraNet and worked as the Customer Service Manager from 2003 until eventually moving to Phone.com as the Director of Customer Service. With 12+ years of customer service experience, Jeremy’s success is due in part to his ability to work well with just about anyone and never take himself too seriously. In his free time, he loves to spend time with his wife, two boys and two chocolate labs but on any given day you’ll also catch him playing guitar, gardening, training for marathons or doing random projects around the house. A Southern California native, Jenny obtained her BA in English from San Diego State University. She has had a variety of customer service positions over the years including selling chocolates at See’s Candies, making pizza for a Legoland restaurant and whipping up lattes at Starbucks. Jenny began her call center customer service journey for TierraNet, a domain registration and web hosting company, in 2005. Growing with the company, this position eventually led to a supervisory role for Phone.com. Jenny loves to travel and also sings and plays guitar on the side.
