Phone.com service includes at least one phone number of your choice. Choose a number in your local calling area, a Global number or from our pool of 800, 855, 866, 877 and 888 toll free numbers. You can even transfer your existing phone number to Phone.com for use with our service.

Once purchased, your new number is instantly activated and ready to use.

An Unlimited User is a person in your account that can connect 3 concurrent calls and has unlimited monthly calling minutes. The minutes used by the Unlimited User will not be billed to your account. Unlimited users can use a virtual extension, softphone extension or an IP phone and won't be charged the additional $4.99 monthly hardware extension fee.

If your monthly minute usage goes over your account minutes, you will be charged at the current per minute Pay as you go rate.

We offer Polycom, Grandstream, Panasonic and Cisco phones and devices for (optional) use with your Phone.com service. Using this hardware as an extension has a monthly Hardware Extension fee.

Phone.com Communicator is our softphone application that allows you to use your computer as a phone. There is a monthly license fee to use Communicator.

Customize and upgrade your Phone.com service with our Premium features. Premium features have an additional monthly fee.

Phone.com service includes calls to Canada, France, Germany, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom and USA.

Phone.com follows all local jurisdiction and federal taxation laws. We are required by these areas to charge taxes based on the administrative contact address listed within your account. Taxes are based on federal, state, county and city percentages. These percentages can fluctuate on a monthly basis and are not dictated by Phone.com.
