Voicemail

When using Virtual Office, every extension has it’s own voicemail box and there is no limit to how many extensions you can create. Each extension acts as a desk in an office, with it’s own inbound and outbound call options, settings, and voicemail.

All Phone.com plans include voicemail. There is no limit on the recording length and voicemail will be saved for 90 days, unless deleted by the user.

Easy Listening

Voicemail can automatically be sent to your e-mail. The voicemail will be attached in the e-mail as an mp3 or wav file.

You can also receive SMS notifications to your cell phone when a new voicemail arrives to your inbox.

You can also activate Text Voicemail (Transcription) services for each voicemail as well as listen to your voicemail from your online control panel or even from our Mobile Office application.

If you use an ATA or an IP phone from Phone.com, an MWI (Message Waiting Indication) will be available. To enable MWI on your device, please contact customer support.

Advanced Voicemail Administration

You can dial in from any phone to listen to your voicemail, or perform other voicemail administration tasks.
