Call Logs



Call Logs allow you to view all incoming, outgoing, fax and missed calls along with the date, time and any applicable charges from within your Phone.com control panel.

Call Logs can be filtered to view only calls made to a specific queue or extension (if applicable to the plan) or only calls made to/from an individual number. If your service supports multiple Phone.com numbers, you can view the call logs for one number at a time. You can also download the call logs to a CSV file (that can be used in excel or similar programs). And you can also block specific incoming phone numbers that appear in your call logs in case you do not wish to receive calls from those numbers again.
