Adding a New Payment Method to Your Account

When you signed up for your Phone.com service, you identified a credit card to use for one-time and monthly payments.

You can update credit-card details or add a new payment method (credit card or checking account) at any time.

Updating Your Credit Card Information

  1. Mouse over My Account and click View Payment Information.
  2. Click Edit for the credit card you want to update.
  3. On the payment information page, update the expiration date, address, or whether you want this card to be used for service auto pay or not.
  4. Click Update.

Your credit card information is updated.

Adding a New Payment Method

  1. Mouse over My Account and click View Payment Information.
  2. Click Add Payment Method.
  3. To add a new credit card:
    • Nickname: Add a name that makes it easy to remember this card.
    • Credit card number and Expiration date: Enter your card number and expiration date.
    • Card type: Select your card type (VISA, MasterCard, American Express or Discover).
    • Verification number: Enter the verification number on your card. For VISA, MasterCard and Discover cards, this is the three-digit number on the back of the card; for American Express, it is the four-digit number on the front of the card.
    • Cardholder’s address: Enter your mailing address, as shown on your credit-card bill.
    • Select whether or not to use this card for Auto Pay.
  4. To pay using your checking account:
    • Nickname: Add a name that makes it easy to remember this payment method.
    • Routing number: Enter the routing number for your checking account.
    • Bank account number: Enter your bank account number.
    • Authentication information: Enter your driver’s license number and state, as well as your date of birth.
    • Bank account address: Enter your mailing address, as shown on your checking account statement.
    • Select whether or not to use this card for Auto Pay.
  5. Click Add.

Your new payment method is added.
