Yesterday I was introduced to a customer service software called Kayako. We use it at Phone.com and I wanted to let you know that it integrates with our Virtual Office Softphone extension. There is no “official” collaboration with Kayako (yet), but you can configure the Kayako Desktop application to register as a SoftPhone to a Virtual Office Softphone extension and it works well.
Here are the steps:
In your Kayako desktop select File then Settings then Phone.
I blurred the personal info but the rest of the settings I would imagine should be the same.
