I was pretty surprised when I came across this post last week on VoipReview.org talking about how inexpensive Phone.com’s home phone service is. I know we’re extremely competitive but ¼ the price is kind of a big deal. So today I went out to AT&T’s website and they’re home phone service advertised on the main screen is $40/month. I went out to Verizon and theirs is $52 for POTS and FIOS plans (to the best of my internet sleuthing). Then there’s Phone.com that comes in at $10/month. Yes we’re really $9.88/month and the others are a few cents less but let’s just round up a few pennies.
So for 4 or 5 times the cost of Phone.com you still get similar features, you still get a dial tone and you still… Wait a moment, with Phone.com you also get the best customer service in the business and we’ll even call you back so you don’t ever have to wait on hold.
Can anyone tell me a good reason to not use Phone.com? I can’t think of one. Will Verizon’s CEO respond to Facebook messages at in the middle of the night on a Saturday? NO WAY. But ours does. Will AT&T or Verizon chit chat with you on Facebook or Twitter? I will. And will you get this good of a deal from them? Nope.
If you’re already a business customer of Phone.com I suggest you head out to our pretty new website and take a look at our home phone offerings called Home Phone Plus.
And by the way, if you ever want to reach out to me, I’m available, my email is Jeb@Phone.com and it comes right to my phone, day or night. You can also chat with us on Facebook and Twitter.
