Seriously, a word of advice. The end of the year is a good time to take stock of your business applications and review expenses for the year for different systems, telecom certainly being one of them. Take a look at your phone bills, and conduct your own usage audit. This applies to households as well as businesses – I will bet you actually know more about your business phone than your home usage. Especially if you have teenagers.
