I was really a bit discouraged, but this all changed a few weeks later when I phoned in to ask another question I was able to get a representative by the name of Jaydan. She was friendly and relatable, and she didn’t sound like she was reading a “canned pitch” from a script. She took personal interest in the call. She took as long as I needed, she made sure I thoroughly had a comprehensive understanding of what I was trying to do and how to do it and walked me through navigating it while I was on my computer. I feel that Jaydan should be celebrated and recognized for her what I’m calling fanatical customer service in every way shape and form. She on numerous occasions has been an asset to your company. I even call back and ask for her between the hours of 9-5 (her schedule). Way to go phone.com management/team leaders for fostering an environment that allows and empowers individuals that really want to provide great guest services to do so while keeping the jobs right here in the United States.
I have been managing our company phone system for several years using Asterisk and several DIY platforms cobbled together. This week it went down again and I decided to try a different approach. I’ve redone our phone system on Phone.com in an afternoon and it is working great so far! Support has been very responsive and helpful, even late on Friday afternoon, and the cost for Phone.com is so low it’s comparable to what I’ve been paying for server hosting and buying minutes for our old system!
