Please remember that if you have a VoIP home phone with an Analog Phone Adapter (ATA) or if you are using IP Phones they will not work if your internet or power is down.
You do not need to call us to report a problem. However, Phone.com will be up and running during the hurricane and monitoring the situation. As a precaution to any power outage at your home/office we recommend you use the Phone.com Call Forwarding feature and forward your calls to a cell. That way, if someone calls your Phone.com phone number, they will still be able to reach you on your mobile phone.
