Follow Up on our earlier Post

To follow up on our earlier post. We indeed had a database problem this afternoon which affected service to some of our customers. This issue caused certain numbers to not be recognized and therefore causing call handling rules to fail. We are happy to inform you that the problem has been fixed and for most customers affected service was restored within less than 30 minutes and the longest affected was approx. One hour. Some voicemail messages may have been affected but no voicemail was lost. All problems have been fixed before 3pm PST.

We know that you rely on to provide reliable, stable, telecommunication services. Our engineering team reviewed what happened thoroughly and are continuing to study the cause of the issue and is taking immediate steps to prevent such an issue from occurring in the future.
