Most people know how to behave in an in-person meeting. Most of us also know how to behave on the phone. On video calls, however, it’s an entirely different story.

As the co-founder and CEO of a company that specializes in videoconferencing, I’ve seen that before the Covid-19 pandemic, it wasn’t nearly as common to use video calling services regularly. But now, most of the people I know are having at least one video call per day. Starting in March, the use of enterprise videoconferencingĀ increased significantly compared to pre-pandemic levels.
