When a second call comes in while you're on a call, you will hear a beep, indicating that a call is waiting. Use the Hook Flash button, the Send button, or a quick on-hook/off-hook to switch between the two calls.
On a VoIP desk phone, use the Hook Flash button, the Send button, or a quick on-hook/off-hook to switch between the two calls. On your mobile device, simply press *8 to place the current call on hold and take another call.
Our call waiting service allows lets you manage and answer two concurrent calls on the same line. You have the option of switching over to a new incoming call, placing the first call on hold. Once completed, you can return to the first call.
