To provide our Channel Partners with better coverage, we have expanded the Phone.com Preferred Support team’s hours of operation.
Our team members are now available Monday through Friday from 4:00am to 5:00pm Pacific (7:00am to 8:00pm Eastern). This change was effective in May 2019. Our lead-off batter is Leslie Roberts on the East Coast, starting bright and early at 7 AM Eastern. Pablo Velasco is our second one up and he comes online at 9 AM Eastern. Our clean-up batter is Molly Wentworth, and her shift starts at noon Eastern.
