What’s the Difference Between a Regular and an Unlimited Extension?

Your Phone.com plan includes 300 minutes that are shared among all of your extensions. Any minutes used in addition to that are billed at a low per-minute rate. For more information, see Phone.com Pricing. If you plan on using more than 300 minutes on any one of your extensions, consider upgrading to an unlimited extension.

Upgrading to an Unlimited Extension

  1. Mouse over Configure and click Manage Users and Extensions.
  2. Click Edit for the extension that you want to upgrade.
  3. Click Upgrade to Unlimited Extension.

*Unlimited minute extensions are subject to fair use restrictions. For more information refer to the terms of service section 1.5.
