When I called this morning, we were in a pickle. We couldnt access any of our voice messages, and we had MANY — new and old. I called phone.com and spoke to Melissa. She handled our problem with grace. She quickly found that our main customer service extension had been deleted (something that someone on our end accidentally did… oops!). We had over 100 messages saved at that extension. Melissa connected with your programmers, who were able to restore the extension. So, YOUR PROGRAMMERS ARE SUPREMELY CAPABLE AS WELL. I called back to follow up and spoke with Richard at the same time noticing Melissas email response. The news was tremendously comforting.
Were all relieved by the happy outcome to this accident, but regardless of the outcome… for both of my phone support calls, I found phone.coms customer service representatives to be professional, comforting, and quite deft at problem solving.
