New Phone.com Features Available for Virtual Office and Home Phone Offerings
BOSTON – May 15, 2008 – As part of its ongoing commitment to customer service, Phone.com, an award-winning, innovative VoIP provider for home and business, announces new features for its Virtual Office and Home Phone services.
“Our customers have asked, and we have responded with more usability for our Virtual Office and Home Phone services,” said Ari Rabban, CEO of Phone.com. “Phone.com is at the forefront of phone features in a more affordable and convenient option other than traditional phone service.”
New Phone.com Features
Personalize your Phone.com™ Virtual Office with custom phone greetings, messages, menus, music and voices by uploading your own audio files. A personal telephone greeting can also be recorded directly from your phone using our new Click to Record feature which dials your telephone number or by recording through your Phone.com™ Virtual Office number.
Text to Greeting
Keep recordings fun with our new Text to Greeting feature, beneficial for many of your Virtual Office needs.
Caller ID Routing
With Caller ID Routing, you have the option to route incoming calls received from a contact stored in your Phone.com™ Virtual Office Address Book to a specific destination such as your cell phone, a custom recording, a menu, or anything else you prefer! Route individual contacts or whole groups.
When your contacts are kept on file, you can assign rules to specific callers and route them to personalized menus, queues, voicemail, extensions, and much more. All Extensions are provided with their own Address Book.
Advanced options with your Address Book allow you to organize your contacts into various groups (Family, Clients, Soccer Team, etc.) as well as adding various numbers for each extension, such as their home, work, cell, fax and pager numbers.
These new features are available immediately for both the Home Phone service and Virtual Office solutions. For more information on these features or our Home and Virtual Office services, please visit http://phone.com.
