Personalize your Phone.com™ Virtual Office with custom phone greetings, messages, menus, music and voices by uploading your own audio files. A personal telephone greeting can also be recorded directly from your phone using our new Click to Record feature which dials your telephone number or by recording through your Phone.com™ Virtual Office number. With Caller ID Routing, you have the option to route incoming calls received from a contact stored in your Phone.com™ Virtual Office Address Book to a specific destination such as your cell phone, a custom recording, a menu, or anything else you prefer! Address Book

Organization is key! When your contacts are kept on file, you can assign rules to specific callers and route them to personalized menus, queues, voicemail, extensions, and much more. All Extensions are provided with their own Address Book.

Advanced options with your Address Book allow you to organize your contacts into various groups (Family, Clients, Soccer Team, etc.) as well as adding various numbers for each extension, such as their home, work, cell, fax and pager numbers.

Click to Call Button

It’s great to provide easy access to your customers on business websites, let your friend’s call you from your personal blog or MySpace page, or even add as part of your email signature. With such simple way to make a call, there is no longer any excuse for anyone to not call you or your business.

Click to Check Voicemail

Within your Voicemail Inbox, you can simply click the Click to Check Voicemail button to dial your phone and connect you directly to your messages. Yes, it really is that simple!

Click to Record a Greeting

Similar to the Click to Check Voicemail button, the Click to Record a Greeting button allows you to Click, Connect and Record. Your Greeting is then saved to your account and ready to be assigned to a Voicemail box, Menu, etc.

Voicemail Flash Player

Released March 2008

Listening to Voicemail has never been easier. Simply click the speaker button to display the Voicemail Flash Player to hear your message. You can even Download the message to your computer hard drive to store for an unlimited amount of time. Delete the message as well from your Phone.com Virtual Office Inbox.
