Menus

Phone.com™ Virtual Office Menus are the initial audio greeting telling callers which key to press to reach your phones, groups or message system (”Press 1 for sales...”). Setup your menu with a customized recording giving important information such as business hours, company directory and any other important instructions.

Mighty Menu Management

  • Name your Menu!

Keep your menus organized by customizing each with their own name, such as “Sales Menu” or “Main Menu”.

  • Greet your Callers!

Choose the outgoing message your callers will hear when they reach your Menu. Typically, this includes the details of which number to press to reach a specific destination, such as “Press 1 to reach our Sales Department. Press 2 for Customer Service…”

  • Oops, Wrong Button!

Each menu allows for your own Invalid Entry Message in the event a caller dials a key that does not exist within your options. The caller then hears your customized greeting such as, “I’m sorry, I did not understand your selection. Please try again” and is returned to the main menu. This feature is optional.

  • Reach Me Directly!

Save your callers the time by Allowing Extension Dial with your menu. If a caller knows your direct extension, they can dial it at anytime while the menu is playing. This feature is optional.

Listen to a “Live” Menu Demo: Dial 888-868-8674 or read about examples of this feature at work.

Each key on a callers keypad can be pressed to go to a location of your choice, no matter where they are. Have employees across the country? From one central number, you can forward your callers to workers that telecommute with the press of a button!
