Conferencing
Conference Calling
To access the Conferencing feature, login to your Virtual Office account and select the Extensions button from the menu bar then choose the Settings option located to the right of the virtual extensions you wish to make your Conference call from.

The Conferencing option can be found on the left column within the Extension Settings.

Select Conferencing from the list to proceed to the following page:

How to make a conference call:
Enter into the Extension Settings for your Virtual Office number by clicking Extensions from the menu bar then choosing the Settings icon located to the right of the extension you wish to work with. Then, follow these instructions:
- Dial the Conference Bridge Number
- Enter the Conference ID number when prompted. (The Conference ID is the number you give to participants to join the conference)
- If you are the moderator, enter the Moderator Pin number at the prompt
Moderator Controls
The following Moderator Controls are available to callers within your Conference call who has the Moderator Pin and after entering the bridge as a user, responded with * and the Moderator Pin.
