When someone calls your Phone.com™ Virtual Office toll-free number from the continental United States, these minutes are billed normally; either included in your plan, or at your plan’s “additional minute” rate. Certain calls are “surcharged“, such as those from pay phones and from Canada.
You can choose to allow or deny these calls.
