As a new customer of phone.com I want to thank you and everyone there for your stellar service.  My previous phone service company was such a nightmare.  I worked with their “tech support” almost everyday for 3 1/2 months and was “never” able to use my phone.  When I called Phone.com it was like I was saved by a team of angels.  Truly, you have the best staff ever!  From my first call to Phone.com, I was treated with respect and understanding by your professional, caring, and knowledgeable staff.   I was scared to death when I heard the words “porting” and “provisioning” but you made it a snap!  Everyone at phone.com has been fabulous.  Thank you for hiring some really great people, and for keeping you tech support in America!
