I signed up during the first 2 months free promo, but was sent an invoice for my second month of service… called in, told Dan the situation and he said no problem I will fix that, this month will be a zero balance and then next month you will be charged (whatever it is supposed to be) and he has already sent me a confirmation e-mail. I could not believe how quickly and kindly this was handled! I have not received customer service like that in a VERY long time!…
