I recently called customer service to initiate my 800 number and voice mail system. Phone.coms representative was the best customer service representative I have ever spoken with for any product. He patiently guided me through the entire setup process making relevant and helpful suggestions all along the way. His dedication was commendable and I will stay with Phone.com for my voice and data services for good.
