I am very pleased with my experience as a phone.com customer.  First, the support and customer service has been fantastic, walking me through every step,  working to get my phone system up and running and available whenever I need help.  I love the convenience of phone.com.  The features are great, being able to forward my number to any phone and the options to get messages via email.  Having an 800 # perfect for small business and the self employed; it gives instant credibility at a cant beat it price.  Thanks phone.com!
