How can I ensure that my greetings sound professional and clean?
First and foremost, one of the best recording environments is a quiet one, free of loud noises, dogs barking, babies crying, the television or radio blaring, driving down the freeway with your windows open and so on. We recommend pre-writing your scripts on paper beforehand to keep your information and extensions organized. It has been found that recordings made on landlines come out the clearest compared to cell phone recordings. There is no need to yell into the phone, simply speak in your normal voice and your recording will be picked up with no difficulties. Don’t worry, you’ll sound great! Keep in mind we also provide Professional Recording Services for you. Please visit the Professional Recording Services page for more information.
