Can I delete a call recording from the call log? If not, is there a maximum amount of recorded call content that can be stored?
No, you cannot delete a call recording from the call logs. The recordings are stored in your call logs for 30 days.
How do you unblock a call?
Unblocking a call can be done from within the Extensions section of your account. Select the "Extensions" section from the navigation bar. Select the "Settings" icon to the right of your extension then locate the Call Blocking link from the left navigation column. From the "Spam Callers List", select the delete icon to the right of the number to unblock.
What do the call logs show?
With the call logs, all incoming, outgoing and missed calls can be viewed with the date, time and any applicable charges from within your account.
How long are call logs stored?
Call logs are accessible for up to 90 days online in your Phone.com account.
How do I sort call logs?
To sort call logs, select the Call Logs section from within your account. Choose the From and To dates to search for calls. This will return all calls in between those dates. The option to filter your search results to find calls only to a specific queue is available. Check the box next to the selection(s) and click the List Calls button.
Can I sort my call logs by extension?
Sorting your call log results by extension is one of the options available for you within the Call Logs section of your Phone.com account. On this page, check the box next to Only to/from number then choose the extension you wish to display. The following results for the time frame you specified will display all the calls made to or from that particular extension.
Can I sort my call logs only for my queue(s)?
Yes, you can sort your call logs based on only the calls received to your customized queue. From within the Call Logs section of your account, select the option for Only Queue Calls then choose the queue (if multiple exist on your account) to display.
What time zone are my call logs displayed in?
Your call logs will be displayed in the time zone specified from within your System Settings. To change your time zone, visit the System Settings section of your Phone.com account.
What information do the call logs display?

Are multiple call logs displayed on one page or over multiple pages?
At this time, you can view your call logs on one page. The search results can be filtered by Queue Calls, To/From your number, and To/From an Extension.
