Hi Taco

This is a great idea, and I was leaning towards doing that as well. The changes we make should not affect functionality at all, but since there is always the slight chance they will, I think we should send a heads-up notice.

Can you please write to me about the changes that you felt affected your system? I am interested to learn more about that, so we can avoid that in the future.

P.S. Here are some changes from the oven, yesterday we made few minor changes on the Distinctive Ring feature, they will be completed today if you use that let us know if you notice any changes.

We made some changes in the upgrade section to make it simpler for people to change plans.

And oh, we also added a new feature to the call handling rules to actually force-play Music On Hold to a caller, where before the command we had was just setting up the music to be played if the user will be placed on hold, and people got confused about that small difference.

Thanks

Hi Alon,
First of all, apologies for the late comment on this blog post. I really appreciate Phone.com continuously developing and improving the software and features. However, it was now the second time we experienced unexpected changes/behavior after such updates were made.

So would it be possible to sent out a pre- or post announcement when implementing those changes so we can check for possible errors?
