Phone.com offers Unlimited Calling plans based on the type of service you have: Virtual Office, Home Phone, or Virtual Number. Unlimited calls include those made within the US and to select international destinations published on our website.

Unlimited Calling With Virtual Office

Virtual Office has an Unlimited Calling option that can be applied to a specific extension on the plan. Selecting this option will render all minutes from any device connected to that extension (i.e IP phone, or ATA) as out-of-plan minutes. The minutes used through that device will not be counted as part of the Virtual Office plan and will have a fixed monthly cost regardless of the number of minutes used. Not all extension types have unlimited calling options.

This Unlimited Calling option can be applied to any or all extensions that are connected to a device as described above.

Each Phone.com account has a base of included monthly minutes. Minutes are consumed when calls are not terminated or directed to any Unlimited Minutes Extension. For example when a prompt is played from a menu, or a call is made to a Limited minutes extension.

Unlimited Calling With Virtual Number

Virtual Number has its own unique unlimited plan. With the Virtual Number plan you are not required to pay a fixed price to have virtually unlimited minutes to all US & Included international calls. Once you reach the Unlimited Plan price, the price stays fixed and all extra minutes are not charged.
