Express Service Code

As a registered user, when you contact our customer support center you will be asked to identify yourself using the Express Service Code (recommended), or by specifying your password (less recommended).

Your Express Service Code is valid for 12 HOURS and can be provided to a customer service representative as verification for your Phone.com account in place of your account password.

The Express Service Code is unique to your account and changes periodically to ensure added security in the event you contact our customer support to make changes and need to verify your identity.

To obtain your Express Service Code you must log-in to your account and press the button on top right corner of the screen.
