International Calling

Phone.com plans with International Calling can dial phones in any country. You can also forward incoming calls to any number with our international phone service.

Note that calls to Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and the United Kingdom are included in your basic package at no extra charge (so there is no difference forwarding a call to a US number or a number in France).

Just like using a calling card, you can also place outbound calls to any international number by dialing to your Phone.com number and follow the dial our procedure.

Please Note: International calling is included as part of the service but is disabled by default to prevent accidental use by people who normally do not need the feature. If you need to activate your international calling or international call forwarding please contact customer support and they will enable that feature for you at no additional cost.
