- Attended Transfer [*][2]
- Transfer to Voicemail [*][2]
- Placing a Call on Hold [*][8]

Note: You can only record incoming calls to your Phone.com number. You can also record calls you initiate from the address book and the “Place a Call” button in your control panel.
There are different laws that apply to call recording, please check your current state and the other party’s state and Federal laws before using this feature. To assist in the compliance of these laws, we provide an automated verbal announcement to you when call recording has been initiated and when it has been stopped, but it is your duty to inform the other party.

If you pressed [*][9] by mistake press [*][9] again to unblock the caller. This feature will only work on numbers with exposed caller ID.
