Sometimes you can’t answer the phone, and in these instances our Do Not Disturb feature comes in handy. Do Not Disturb allows you to send callers right to voicemail — even before the first ring.
Our Business Phones have a Do Not Disturb button or menu option that when activated will cause the phone to automatically ignore any calls and send them to the next stage in your designated call handling rules.
