Caller ID Routing |
With Caller ID Routing, you have the option to route incoming calls received from a contact stored in your Phone.com Address Book to a specific destination such as your cell phone, a custom recording, a menu, or anything else you prefer! Route individual contacts or whole groups.
You have two phones, your home-based business phone line and your personal cell phone. But, you only want to provide callers with one general number.
- When non-clients call your line, they are routed to your Menu (Menu is available only with Virtual Office), a special greeting or even to your home office number.
- When your children call from their cell phones, their numbers are recognized and their calls are routed to your personal cell phone, no matter what time it may be.
- When your business clients dial-in to your Phone.com number Call Handling Rules direct them to your office business line. If you are unavailable, your calls route to your business voicemail.
