Caller ID Block

Call Blocking is helpful when hiding your caller ID on outbound calls or blocking incoming calls based on the caller ID.

Blocking Outbound Caller ID

The Caller ID to use for Outbound Calls can be set to use “Private” or one of your Phone.com numbers. Please note: Toll free numbers cannot be used as Caller ID when making outbound calls to other toll free numbers.

Blocking Incoming Calls

There are two ways to blocking incoming calls, depending on the type of caller.

Local Number Incoming Call Blocking

• Block all anonymous/unknown callers.
• Block all incoming calls*

Toll Free Number Incoming Call Blocking

• Block all anonymous/unknown callers.
• Block all incoming calls*
• Block Offshore Calls.
• Block calls from Pay Phones.

Spam Caller Blocking

Finally, Spam control for your phone! Call blocking allows you to block incoming calls from specific phone numbers to your Phone.com number(s).

The Spam Callers List allows you to enter a specific telephone number. Each time this number attempts to call your Phone.com number, they will hear a busy signal on the line.

Minutes will not be deducted from your Phone.com account when a blocked caller attempts to call.
