Call Waiting

Call Waiting works just like the call waiting feature available with a traditional telephone service, but with Phone.com you don’t pay extra for it.

Using an ATA or IP Phone

When a second call arrives while you are on an ongoing call, you will hear a beep to indicate the call waiting.

By using the Flash Hook button on the phone or a quick on-hook, off-hook, the phone will switch between the two calls.

When Call Forwarding

When call forwarding a call to a cell phone or IP Phone, you should be able to hit the send button in some cases or a special function button on the phone user interface to switch between the calls.
