Call Transfer
Call Transfer is an in-call feature, allowing you to transfer any incoming call to another phone number at the press of a button. The call transfer option includes making an attended transfer.
During an incoming call to your Phone.com number, you can activate the In‐Call features in this case Call Transfer by pressing the following keys:
At any time during an incoming call
- Press (*)(2) to activate attended transfer of the call to another party
(Please note these option include the asterisk (*) plus the option number.

- Caller hears your selected hold music
You will be prompted to enter the desired extension or telephone number
In‐call Features
If the call is answered, you can speak with the dialed number, announcing the call transfer (meanwhile the caller still hears hold music).
- Hang up, the incoming caller and the dialed number are connected. The outbound call is logged in your call logs.
