Business Phones – Desk Phones

You can add extensions to a Phone.com Virtual Office plan that terminate on a Business Phone or a Desk Phone rather than being forwarded to a phone number, as is the case with Virtual Extensions.

They come with a variety of convenient, easy-to-use features that help improve your business’ image and improve its efficiency. Virtual Extensions are one of our basic features; you can use them to route your phone number to multiple destinations. However, if you aren’t interested in routing your calls but still want to be able to use extensions, Phone.com has made it possible to add them to desk phones.

IP phone extensions are different from virtual extensions because they terminate on physical IP phones. They are convenient because they allow you to have an unlimited minutes option that is specific to each extension.

If you already own desk phones similar to those that we support, you can only use them if they are unlocked. If your previous provider locked your IP phones, they cannot be used with any other service provider until they become unlocked.
