Block Surcharged Calls
When someone calls your Phone.com™ Virtual Office Toll-Free Number from the continental United States, these minutes are billed normally; either as part of your plan, or at your plan’s “additional minute” rate. Certain calls to a Toll Free Number are “surcharged“, such as those from pay phones and from Canada.
To block the surcharged calls, use our control panel under “Numbers” press the “Edit” icon which will take you to the dialog box of the call blocking feature.
You can choose to allow or deny these calls.
