Block Surcharged Calls

When someone calls your Phone.com Toll-Free Number from the continental United States, these minutes are billed normally; either as part of your plan, or at your plan’s “additional minute” rate. Certain calls to a Toll-Free Number are “surcharged“, such as those from pay phones and from Canada.

Your account settings give you the option to allow or block these surcharged calls for all of your Phone.com phone numbers.
