Interactive Address Book
Phone.com™ services that includ Address Book allows the storage of all your contacts in one organized location. When your contacts are kept on file, you can assign rules to specific callers and route them to different features such as personalized menus, queues when available or your voicemail service, extensions, and more. When extensions are available, each Extension will be provided with it’s own Address Book.
Advanced options with your Address Book allow you to organize your contacts into various groups (Family, Clients, Soccer Team, etc.) as well as adding various numbers for each extension, such as their home, work, cell, fax and pager numbers.
Call your contacts directly from your Phone.com™ Address Book with the click of a button! By clicking the “Call” button next to the person you wish to speak with, and a window will display (see image below) that allows you to enter your physical telephone number to dial out through your Phone.com sevice and number!
Import your contacts with ease into your Phone.com™ service Address Book to save the time of manually entering them one by one. Plus, you always have the option to Export your contacts at anytime!
