Phone.com services include a personal Address Book, allowing easy storage of all your contacts in one organized location. When your contacts are kept on file, you can assign rules to specific callers and route them to different features such as personalized menus, queues when available or your voicemail service, extensions, and more. Each extension contains one Address Book.

Import and Sync Your Contacts From Other Services

Import your contacts with ease into your Phone.com Address Book to save the time of manually entering them one by one. We support many popular services including Yahoo!, GMail, Outlook, Outlook Express and AOL and offer automated syncing with Gmail, Yahoo, and Windows Live accounts. Choose to have your contacts imported and auto synced once, daily, weekly or monthly. Plus, you always have the option to export your contacts at any time!

Contact Organization

Advanced options with your Address Book allow you to organize your contacts into various groups (Family, Clients, Soccer Team, etc.) as well as adding various numbers for each extension, such as their home, work, cell, fax and pager numbers.

Calling Contacts

Call your contacts directly from your Phone.com Address Book with the click of a button! Click the “Call” button next to the person you wish to speak with, and a window will display that allows you to enter a physical telephone number to dial out through your Phone.com service and number!
