Special Numbers (411…)

Phone.com services support the following special numbers or abbreviated dialing:

• 411 – Directory Assistance
• 611 – Phone.com Customer Support
• 711 – California Relay Service by AT&T. California Relay Service provides specially-trained Communication Assistants to relay conversations between deaf, hard of hearing, or speech-loss individuals and people who use a standard telephone.
• 911 – Emergency. See 911 / E911 feature
• *{extension} – Connect directly to that extension’s voicemail.
• *CONF (*2663) – Connect to the conference service
• *CONF*{Bridge ID} – Connect to the conference service and automatically join the specified bridge ID
• *CONF*{Bridge ID}*{Moderator PIN} – Connect to the conference service, automatically join the specified bridge ID and automatically enter the moderator PIN.
• *ECHO (*3246) – Play an echo to test the connection to the SIP server.
• *REC (*732) – Record a greeting.
• *PAGE (*7243) – Page all active devices in the account that support the page feature.
• *TIME (*8463) – Playback the current date and time.
• *VMVM (*8686) – Connect to the voicemail system.
