How do I enter the destination number for the Forward Call feature if I am using an International number?
International numbers must be entered as “+” then “country code” and then the number.To locate a country code, please visit our International Rate Search tool.

Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Puerto Rico and the USA. Select here to learn more.

What do you charge to make International calls?
Find International charges by visiting our Country Selector. Note that calls to Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, and the United Kingdom are included in your basic package at no extra charge (so there is no difference forwarding a call to a US number or a number in France).

How can I use Virtual Office for my International calls?

Can I route calls to an International number?
Phone.com Virtual Office works with phones in any country. You can set extensions or forward callers to any International number.

Are there additional taxes on International rates?
Basic plans are subject to USF (usually 8%, same as every other phone company mandated by FCC); additional minutes are subject to USF as well as International rates.

I am forwarding my Phone.com number to a cell phone in an outside country and it is not working. Why?
In various International countries, cell phones will not work with the Virtual Office service. For more information, check with your cell phone provider.
