I was sent a link to watch a YouTube video from Alon Cohen our CTO and one of the founders of VOIP.  This video explains the very basics of how VOIP works and I wanted to share it with all of you.  You may know all about this already but I thought a few of you might be interested, I admit I learned a thing or two.
