At Phone.com we pride ourselves with great customer service. We keep mentioning it and keep getting great customer feedback.
We offer many outlets for customers to contact us (phone, live chat, email, Twitter, Facebook, Customer Forums) and promise that senior management will reply to any questions or comment.

I just had to send you an email to let you know of the extremely helpful assistance I received from Richard in your Customer Service Department. I started a new job two weeks ago and was asked to complete the phone.com signup process which had already been started prior to my hire. I’ve been attempting to do live chat, emails and customer service phone calls when the line was never answered (probably really busy). Richard answered my call today. I just got off the phone with him and he took care of everything and was wonderfully friendly. I insisted on him providing me with your email address. He’s fantastic!!!
