I read that consumers are 9 times more likely to recall the vanity 800 number vs. the numeric toll free number. The research shows that vanity numbers are effective and can help a business to attract more customers. In my own experience as a consumer I find vanity numbers much easier to recall over your average number and I personally believe that no business should be without one!
