Is your office using our Polycom IP phones? You are? Then this is for you. We’ve just added a great new feature called Phone.com – Paging. It allows you to Page all your Polycom phones at once. For example if you wanted to call an All Hands meeting or tell everyone there’s pie in the break room you could dial *PAGE or *7243. On the other hand if you have employees all over the world and they are all using our Polycom IP phones you can page them all at once to remind them it’s time for a conference call.

Lastly and it’s unfortunate that this came to mind but if there is a security threat in your office you can easily alert anyone within ear shot of the phones of what’s going on.
